Who may use Mem

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement. Mem's automated plans are intended for generally healthy adults.

Your account

Provide information that is as accurate as possible, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else accessed your account. You are responsible for activity through your account.

Nutrition and health limits

• Calories, nutrients and recommendations are estimates based on general formulas and the information you enter.
• Mem does not diagnose, treat or prevent disease and is not a replacement for a doctor or dietitian.
• Do not use an automated plan during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for an eating disorder, a medical condition, relevant medication or a therapeutic diet without qualified professional advice.
• Mem is not an emergency service. Seek urgent medical help for severe or unusual symptoms.

Food, allergens and retailers

Nutrition values, ingredients, allergens, prices and availability can be incomplete or change. Allergen filters reduce risk but cannot guarantee that food is allergen-free or has not been cross-contaminated. Always check the current product label and ask the manufacturer or retailer when needed.

Retailer links take you to an independent service. Any purchase is between you and that retailer and is subject to its prices, availability, delivery, returns and privacy terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, break the law, harm others, bypass security or permissions, interfere with operation, upload harmful material, or automatically copy substantial parts of the service or food database.

Content and ownership

Mem and its original design, software and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You keep ownership of information you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service under our Privacy Policy. Third-party food data remains subject to its source licences and attribution.

Availability and account closure

We may maintain, change or stop parts of the service. We may restrict or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, threatens security or harms others. You may delete your account from the profile page at any time.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service changes. We will update the date above and show important changes in the app when appropriate. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept them. Contact support@mem.levra.io with questions.
